* be able to make pizza in a tray and a Neapolitan pizza;
* learn some tricks to make a Neapolitan style pizza at home;
* know the basics to start making experiments and making bread;
* be able to distinguish different types of flour;
*know the biochemistry of the dough;
* know lots of fun facts.

Our private class is specially thought for single individuals or groups of maximum 5 people. Sessions are held in our kitchen, where all the magic happens. Classes for larger groups can be organized on request at your location. These are great for special occasions such as hen/stag's parties, birthdays or just a happy gathering of pizza lovers.
