Experience was very insightful into the world of pizza making. Fabio was very bubbly, energetic, engaging and had a great way with the pupils. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the interactive pizza making and getting their hands dirty with making their own dough to take home. The pupils loved the selection of different toppings that they could choose in designing and preparing their own pizza. They were fascinated with getting to cook their pizza in an authentic pizza oven. I would highly recommend this workshop for schools or even staff members. We could not get enough of Fabio’s pizzas. The only criticism would be the delivery of the theory could be broken into segments and possibly shortened, rather than all in one go. Keep up the great work Fabio. You are doing amazing!
