duration: 2,5 hours per class
price: 100 € per hour + cost of ingredients (2€ per pizza made)
at the end of this class you will:
* be able to make 2 types of pizza: Neapolitan style and pizza in the tray
* have the basic knowledge to make bread
* be able to distinguish different types of flour
* know the basic biochemistry of the dough
* know lots of fun facts!
