The workshop begins with a 50-minute theory session exploring the history of pizza, the biology of fermentation and the chemistry of dough. This is followed by a two-hour hands-on session, during which students make their own pizzas.
We accommodate up to 20 students per hands-on session, with a maximum of two groups per day—40 students in total.
For larger groups, we can provide a second oven station and an additional instructor, increasing our capacity to up to 80 students per day.

where necessary, accommodation. Typical travel fees are €70 for Galway, €60 for Waterford and €70 for Cork.
**** All ovens, professional equipment, and premium-quality ingredients and pizzas for the staff of the school are provided by us and included in the course price.
FRESH PASTA WORKSHOPS

Students learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, just like a real Italian nonna! Typical options include tagliolini with fresh pesto, orecchiette with sausage and broccoli, and gnocchi baked with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
Working in teams, students prepare both the pasta and their chosen sauce from scratch, creating a delicious dish together. Teamwork is at the heart of this workshop, encouraging students to share tasks, communicate and support one another throughout the cooking process.
